I had a great experience during my visit. The only recommendations for improvement would to have a private room for the question portion with the nurse. I was sitting by the door at a table where other patients were walking through and some of the questions were really personal. I also would recommend better timing for appointments because while I enjoyed my visit, it ran long.

Dr Kimberly was very thorough with my new patient appointment. She took the time to answer all my questions. The staff is very friendly and the location is close to my house, which is great. I’m glad that I found them. The only con is the wait time was a little long.

I’m not sure if this practice is understaffed or simply taking on more patients than they can properly handle, but lately the quality of service has definitely declined. I understand there’s an allotted time for each patient; however, waiting over an hour to be seen is unacceptable. This is now the third incident that has made me seriously question whether I want to continue receiving care here.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Simmons for over 10 years, which makes this even more disappointing. The overall morale and organization of the practice has noticeably gone downhill. There have been two separate incidents where my prescription for a time-based medication was not sent to the pharmacy, which ultimately forced me to reschedule and take even more time off work. These errors are unacceptable.
Not only does this show a lack of attention to detail, but it also shows little respect for patients’ time — especially when appointments are scheduled months in advance and there are still ongoing issues. As someone who takes time off work to attend these visits, it’s frustrating when the staff hasn’t done their part to ensure everything is prepared.
I truly hate to write this because I’ve been loyal to this practice for many years, but when we know better, we should do better — and I sincerely hope this office takes the necessary steps to improve for the sake of its long-time patients.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people make you take test you don’t need because they are money hungry. Stay away. It’s a shame I have to leave my neighborhood to get correct care. Posted this to warn you.

Attempted to contact this facility over the phone and its IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone over the phone. Only robo calls literally no matter which of the 2 phone numbers you call and no matter which of the 6 options you select. One option just hangs up on ou completely! Says call 911 for life threatening emergencies, but what about non life threatening emergencies that need immediate assistance. Just wanted advice whether care should be sought via another appointment, urgent care or ER. Seems highly unprofessional to not be able to speak with a single staff member over the phone during business hours!

The office needs to improve its management and scheduling practices to avoid booking more patients per hour than providers can reasonably see. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I arrived on time but was not called back until 11:04 a.m. The provider did not enter the room until 11:17 a.m., and I did not leave the office until 11:45 a.m. Patients understand and expect a reasonable amount of wait time; however, waiting over an hour is excessive. If the roles were reversed and staff or providers experienced this level of delay for their own appointments, I am confident it would not be acceptable. People have busy lives, work schedules, families, and caregiving responsibilities, and their time should be respected. If I had arrived at 11:00 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appointment, I would have been told I was too late.
