Pros - When the cleaners did their job, they cleaned really well.Cons - Some of their cleaners are awful. One occasion a single cleaner showed up and left after 45 minutes without touching the bathrooms at all and I got changed full price. On another, they ran over one of my lights and didn’t mention at all. There were a number of smaller issues and it just became obvious that they don’t care if their cleaners are actually using their time in your house well.As a side note, I had everything they did on video and the owners didn’t care.
