Throughout the job he was onsite often and very communicative. The teams who handled each aspect of the renovation were excellent and had great attention to detail. We had a Awesome experience working with Ponce Design Building Permits on our ADU project. From the very first interaction, he was extremely responsive and professional. He offered smart suggestions that made our project more cost-effective while also adding long-term value to our home.
Ponce Design delivered and took the time to walk us through everything in person. The county of Riverside permit requirements are very strict, and it was clear that Sean knew what the county would require. I reached out to Mr. Ponce regarding modifications to a bathroom. Although it turned out that my ideas were not feasible, Mr. Ponce was very helpful by phone in offering alternative solutions and generous with his time in sending links and information.
