VERY DECIEVING WITH PRICES!!!! I called prior to coming in this past Sunday to see if there was a wait and to confirm the price for sns. I was told twice on the phone that removal and re-do was $48. So I took my cousin to both get our nails done- I was getting sns and she was getting gel. My cousins nail tech started off by filing her nails down quite literally to as short as possible. Her nails started well above her nail bed and were filed to an almost painful length. She asked for a rounded shape- no legth taken off. She was rightfully very frustrated by this. Lily took amazing care of me. This is the best nail tech experience that I have ever had in my life. Not only was she kind and fun to joke with, but she also took her time to make sure every detail was correct. We even changed the plan once we realized that what I initially asked for was not going to look the way I wanted it to on my hand. She encouraged me to scrap the idea and suggested a different idea that I loved more. Lily is passionate about what she does and takes a lot of pride in the results. Absolutely ask for her, and make sure you have enough time for her detailed work. OPI dip color: Solar
