Andrew came today to repair a part on the toilet that he installed for us earlier this year. The problem was a defect in the part and had nothing to do with the install. Andrew is wonderful, both in professional ability and in personality. He answered questions we had, gave suggestions on fixtures that may need replacing down the road. We have used Plumbworks for our plumbing needs, for many years. Every person who has represented Plumbworks and come to our house for plumbing repairs is fantastic. Once again, we are thrilled with Plumb Works. We have been customers for 40 years!! We needed a quick service call to replace a broken kitchen faucet. They were here within 8 hours. They are always punctual, professional and knowledgable. Alex was especially trained to get in to the tight space under the farm sink. He was careful to keep the area clean and took his time to be sure the new one was working properly. The associates in the office who handle booking appointments and billing are extremely customer service oriented too. Kim with Plumbworks took on a tough job repairing old piping for our gas line as it called for working in a very tight crawl space. He tackled it with a great spirit and went the extra mile at the end talking us through all he did in a way we could understand. We rely on Plumbworks but we started using them after the son of the owner stopped and helped my wife with a flat tire. He was so courteous. That was all we needed to know to think of them first for anything plumbing related. And their team consistently shows up with the same spirit as the Good Samaritan son.
