This was my husband and myself first time and was referred too platinum tax associates by a family member ....Derrick was very attentive informative and willing to answer questions and concerns... he is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very willing to take time to express information and it was pleasant communicating with him on certain matters i felt bemused by ..the office customer service was excellent and I felt very confident in using thier services.. so thank you platinum tax associates.. Its been been close to ten years of nothing but excellence from Platinum Taxes. Both Michael and Derrick have assisted me with my taxes with no errors. Michael is my go to guy and always is very nice to my daughter and I. Thank you guys so much for snatching my taxes like these girls snatching their waist line??
