Leah Thompson is an excellent recruiter. She found a role that I fit and was responsive and thorough. She got back to me about a bad outcome rather than ghosting me, a rare touch! I'd be happy to work with her or her team again. I'm not certain of her rates, but certainly earned it, even for a role she didn't get a commission on. She's great!
