We have been going to Charmaine and Pigtails & Crewcuts since my son was less than a year old. It is always a great experience, but today was truly one of those days we’ll remember forever. Our son is officially 2 1/2 and let the whole place know it as he screamed his way through the entire haircut. As parents you feel absolutely helpless, but Charmaine handled it like the champion she is. She never made us feel bad and was nothing but supportive. She is extremely talented at what she does and managed to give him a perfect cut even though he thrashed around.
