I am an infrequent visitor in the nail and spa game, but when I do go, it is with my wife... Who is wholly committed to this business.
They are quick, easy, thoughtful, great customer service, etc. Despite being slammed, we were still able to slot in effortlessly and get pedicures done before our trip to Spain. My wife was quite pleased with the service as well.
I’m in my late 20sand have been a proud customer at this nail salon since high school. They truly care about you getting what you asked for; it’s fairly easy to establish a relationship with any technician in there but everyone in there does a great job! At a time where going to get your nails done feels less like pampering and more like a task— Piedmont Nails has remained consistent in providing an excellent customer experience and service options that are always on point no matter if you’re interested in classy/simple styles or the trendy ones. Amazing customer service! Rare here in the city. Margaret was SUPER accommodating and caring! She helped me pick out my colors and asked for a picture for inspiration. She then sat me with Mai . She has done the best SNS ive ever received!!! She cared as well and she would give me advice. Her shaping was amazing and she did not make my nails chunky. I loved my experience here and i will recommend people to here. Cant wait to be back ☺️?? (I regret not getting them longer lol )
