Worst property management I have experienced so far. They don't maintain their properties and they don't care about complaints from renters - at least not at the Telephone factory. It is hot in the summer, and cold in the winter, the building is poorly insulated and not well maintained. Issues are yet to be resolved after we moved in 7 month ago. Latest issue: Heating doesn't work - with less than 30F outside. We wish we had never moved into one of their properties. Now we just want to get out - as soon as possible. NEVER MOVE INTO THE TELEPHONE FACTORY LOFT.

Please see my review of Monroe Place for further detail. Five attempts at following up with the leasing team about a transfer and basically radio silence after living at the property for two years with no missed rent payments. I've had slum lord college property managers that charge $500 a studio be more responsive than this "luxury" real estate management company charging nearly $2,000 a month for 1 bedrooms.

Candice is impossible to get in touch with for specific matters pertaining to my unit. Amy used to be our Manager and was much easier to communicate with but still, I’m appalled at how “in the dark” this company is! I mean anything goes here!!!!!!!!!! It’s a Ghost town for property management and HOA
