We recently had new floors installed and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. James and his team went above and beyond from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question we had with patience and clarity, and made sure we felt confident in our choices every step of the way. Flavio and Aaron did a good job on our hardwood floors sanding and finishing. Created finishing samples in different areas for us so we can make our choice. Good communications through texting for arrival time. Good customer care.
This team is truly 10/10 and I can’t recommend them enough for any flooring project.
We had a pretty complex situation (LVP over engineered hardwood and tile, plus dealing with bubbling and mold), and to be honest, it was a tough process overall. But from day one, this team brought both expertise and empathy. They took the time to walk us through every step, kept me consistently updated on progress, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even worked through the weekend to help get everything done faster.
