It was evident from our very first initial handshake, that Mr Presley was a professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to share that knowledge with us during his debrief. I have served in the military over 30 years and have done multiple moves and many houses and this is the first time that I was invited to be briefed by the inspector... Simply outstanding.
His depth of knowledge I would say is unmatched, he was able to go back to each year and state what change from code to code from year to year... Impressive. I would highly recommend Mr Presley.
Paris is an amazing home inspector. He took the time to explain everything in detail, both during the inspection and over follow-up calls as well. His inspection style is very thorough and detail-oriented — almost like a detective finding things others might miss.
He may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of service and attention to detail make it absolutely worth it. It was great working with him, and I would definitely work with him again in the future.
Mr. Pressley is absolutely a class act. Thorough, knowledgeable and kind. We went through the entire home inspection together, he was at the home getting started before I even arrived. The report was clear and gave my builder details on what still needed to be checked/fixed. I'd recommend him 1000 time over. Thank you Mr. Pressley!
