I have served in the military over 30 years and have done multiple moves and many houses and this is the first time that I was invited to be briefed by the inspector... Simply outstanding. His depth of knowledge I would say is unmatched, he was able to go back to each year and state what change from code to code from year to year... Impressive. I would highly recommend Mr Presley.

Paris is an amazing home inspector. He took the time to explain everything in detail, both during the inspection and over follow-up calls as well. His inspection style is very thorough and detail-oriented — almost like a detective finding things others might miss.
He may not be the cheapest option, but the quality of service and attention to detail make it absolutely worth it. It was great working with him, and I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Where do we even start with our review of Mr. Pressley? He did an extremely thorough inspection on both homes we were under contract on. The first home ultimately didn’t work out because of the issues uncovered during the inspection and the seller not being willing to address them — which honestly showed us just how valuable a detailed inspection really is.
Throughout the process, he was always available to answer questions and even provided insight on how to best approach negotiations based on the findings. We intentionally chose Mr. Pressley over a larger “big box” inspection company and have zero regrets about that decision.
The reports were also turned around the same day as the inspection, which was incredibly helpful during due diligence. We’d absolutely recommend booking his services. If we ever purchase another home in the Georgia area, we’ll definitely be using Mr. Pressley again.
