Where can I start, the initial call setting up the appointment was seamless and flexible. They worked with my hectic schedule and came out as soon as available. The plumbers Billy and Kevin were awesome! Very informative, courteous and professional! They should give a class on professionalism. They also respected my home by being clean and tidy. They answered questions and gave their professional opinion about other minor issues related to plumbing. Brandy, the technician I spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and accommodating. We had a leak in our main line that needed prompt repair. We scheduled an appointment, Jackie called us to determine the scope of the work, and Billy did an excellent job of explaining the fix. The next day Billy and his team diligently worked to get our water back on. We received another quote from a competitor and I was impressed with the thoroughness, approach, and competitive price Peach offered, leading me to chose them.
