Mostly a good experience but the move team arrived without the proper equipment to move heavy items (i.e. appliance hand truck or dolly) even though I had noted a heavy safe and a refrigerator when booking and with a contact directly to Ox and Bull Logistics. Although I also provided sufficient moving blankets (48+) the move team did not utilize all of them to wrap the large furniture items. Perhaps this due to a lack of sufficient plastic wrap they were supposed to provide. I provided stretch wrap from my own supplies to help bridge the gap.
Ox and Bull Logistics did an amazing job packing up my ABF U-Pack trailer for my Dunwoody move-out. Worked efficiently and packed it to minimize space. Very friendly crews too! I highly recommend these guys!
I had an amazing experience with OX and Bull Logistics! Huge shoutout to Marcus, Josh, and David—they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth and easy.
