I can't say enough about my experience with Misha. There was a short wait before I was able to go to my massage room, but I was offered water while I waited. The massage room was cozy and the PERFECT temp for if you prefer your massage nude. The ambiance was beautiful, music relaxing. I redeemed a Groupon that was a Christmas gift for a Swedish Massage with aromatherapy. I must say that it was more than worth the regular price. This is my first time writing a Yelp review in quite sometime. Whew! Fact #1 This business will charge a booking fee on top of what you paid for the Groupon voucher. Is it better to just pay for a massage outright? You be the judge because the cost comes out to be about the same as paying full price for a massage. Fact #2 This establishment will cancel your appointment without your knowledge or never enter your appointment in their system. Are you okay with arriving for an appointment showing a confirmation text to staff and still be denied services? This business owner misrepresents discounts/savings via Groupon and does not disclose that she charges an additional non-refundable $25 service fee per massage. The fee puts the "deal" back to regular price. She had no explanation for the fee other than "it's business. I contacted Groupon for a full refund & investigation. It's a scam and very disappointing as I purchased the massages for my daughters as gifts AND I wanted to support a black owned business. I dislike unscrupulous businesses. Buyer Beware! Spend your money elsewhere!
