I believe it’s harder to get an appointment here than it is to get into Harvard lol but when you finally do, everyone here is very professional and lovely. They give you a full list of skincare needed after laser treatment and set your next appointment before you leave.

My most recent experience at the Atlanta location was completely different from my previous visits.
I originally received my first few treatments at the Alpharetta location, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and took their time. It felt like the relaxing, quality experience you expect when going to a med spa.
Because Alpharetta is quite far from me, I eventually transferred to the Atlanta location. Unfortunately, my first few experiences there were disappointing.
