“I had lip filler done by nurse Thao Nguyen 2 weeks ago and I am in love with my results! Finding the office was very easy. There's a parking deck behind the office which you park at and be sure to take the ticket with you because they validate parking. The office is located on the 6th floor. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and the front desk receptionist immediately greeted me and put me in the room. Nurse Thao came by a few minutes later and introduced herself and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. She was very nice and listened to me and recommended we do a full syringe of RHA 3 in my lips since I had previously had that a few years ago. She did such a terrific job and was very gentle and caring. I barely felt any pain! I also received 10 units of free Botox since they had a special happening in the month of May. At the end of my visit I barely had any bruising which was great. It has been 2 weeks since I received the filler and Botox and I'm very happy with my results. The staff was so so friendly and nurse Thao even texted me the next day to ask how I'm doing! They also emailed me post care instructions and scheduled a 2 week follow up to check in with me. Prior to coming to Mishael's on the recommendation of a friend, I had been going someplace a little closer to home. I spent thousands of dollars over multiple years enduring a painful and damaging process that yielded almost no real progress. My first session with Heidi proved to me how big a mistake I had made by sticking with the local place. Heidi keeps up with ongoing training and certification. She is skilled and always careful to pay attention to comfort and accuracy.
I have been going to Mishael's for maybe 8 months and I've already made more progress here than the previous three years, and for me, the pain level is far lower, which I am sure is the result of a process performed correctly.

BE AWARE: If your electrologist is tweezing hair (you'll know because it will hurt), they are failing at their job. I have never once had a hair get tweezed. They should always come out without effort, and Heidi works hard to make sure that is how it goes 100% of the time.

This may not apply to everyone, but my experience here has been amazing beyond just the electrolysis. If it is possible for you to have your sessions covered by insurance, Avie will make it happen! He has spent countless hours over several months on the phone fighting to get my electrolysis covered, and he succeeded. The work he has put into my care has been professional and truly touching, and I cannot overstate how much this has helped me. The business doesn't get any extra money for helping me with this, but they offered the service anyway and poured an incredible amount of effort into it.

I'll leave a final note on inclusivity, because it matters. The owner, Ahoova, Avie, Heidi, and all of Mishael's electrologists are always respectful, welcoming, and understanding. No matter how you identify, you are safe with them, and that makes such a difference. I genuinely don't feel like a client to them. I can tell how much they care by their actions and by how safe they make me feel.
