My initial appointment went extremely well. Dr. Qureshi did a great job explaining my treatment plan and his bedside manners were exceptional. In addition, the front end staff were amazing.
I am happy to provide this five star rating. It was my very first visit amd the office staff and the doctor was amazing. He was finished with my procedure before I completed the paperwork and it was PAINLESS. I don't like doctor's, but I was forced to go if I wanted to hear again out of my right ear and I am so glad that I did and that I found this caring amd empathetic doctor.
Hands down the best medical care I’ve received in years. Dr Hassan Qureshi and Dr Leslie Beckham-Wright were the only ones who actually caught what was happening. After urgent care and the ER dismissed it as “fluid,” Dr Qureshi immediately recognised sudden sensorineural hearing loss and started treatment right away. Within a week, my hearing went from profound loss to normal to mid-range.
Dr Qureshi’s calm, clear way of explaining everything made a terrifying situation manageable. He never rushed, made sure I understood each step and even squeezed me in the following week for a second in-ear steroid injection, which made a huge impact.
