I booked a clay mask treatment for 11am but someone sent me a text to let me know she’d be adding a wash/conditioner/blowdry service (didn’t know at the time it’ll cost extra but all good) after the service update on their end, the appointment time was updated to 11:30.
I arrived for my appointment at 11:30 and was charged an extra $20 for being late.
The service itself was great but that “late fee” really pissed me off.
*Update*: Renee put the $20 back on my account and I’m pleased with her customer service. Will be visiting again.
This was my initial appointment with Jaida. She was efficient and fast . I booked for a protein treatment and finger style. My fingers style lasted 3 weeks and looked better each week. Wish I took pics. But will be back
So I booked my appointment pretty much same day . My original stylist called out sick and my appointment had to be moved and some other issues that caused my appointment to start 2 hour later. But Terri herself is passionate about hair because she came in despite all the chaos and had wonderful customer service & did an amazing job . She accommodated to my needs and she was very positive . Thank you Terri 💕
