Will not meet with you while in the office, you only see the staff. They charge what they want to after they find out how you found out about them. Learned that I was charged a lot more than someone else who was given the same treatment plan. Got a 2nd opinion and learned that the red light therapy should be more intense the first few months. I was told to come in once a month. I didn't see Dr. Ross until after 6 sessions, after asking during sessions 3, 4 and 6. Asked for time to go over bloodwork and was told, "we put everything in the portal". I asked if I could get my hair braided in cornrows so I could wear a wig underneath and was told yes. Last appointment #6, I was told I had too many braids in my hair and they were pulling. Imagine if I could have been told that month 3 if I could've just had 5 minutes of Dr. Ross's time or if the had at least looked at my pictures sooner. I definitely didn't leave feeling like an important patient.

After one of the most stressful periods of my life last year, I noticed significant hair loss and a widening of my hair partings (I have locs) which as woman, only added to my stress and despair. Desperate, I scoured the internet and did research and through reasoning I determined I may have CCCA. Within my research search, I happened upon Mrs. Ross' videos of her practice on Youtube.
I was struck by her professionalism, knowledge and experience, especially coming from a woman of understanding from the same racial background as myself. I made an appointment to see her (which was VERY affordable) right a way.
Mrs. Ross met me in person in her office and was very welcoming and engaging and she listened to my story, background history and concerns patiently like a dear friend. She looked at my scalp and determined I may have CCCA and ordered blood tests for me to confirm. In the same appointment, she dispelled some black haircare myths and procedures that are rampantly being done wrong in our community that I had myself been doing which was actually contributing to my hair-loss (along with my immense stress) and she also gave me insight into certain new haircare, scalp and inflammatory dietary tactics that I could then start to implement in my lifestyle. I left her office feeling fully affirmed and confident by her insight and knowledge and how comfortable she made me feel and in the fact that I could STOP and TURNAROUND my hair-loss process!!!
After receiving the results of my blood tests shortly after, it was confirmed that I indeed had CCCA and I was immediately sent through my program the necessary vitamins and health supplements I needed for my certain deficiencies as well as the scheduled start of in-office procedures such as growth factors and red lasers treatments specifically for my individual needs.
Every time I entered her offices for treatment, I was greeted joyfully by her attentive and friendly staff (shoutout to Sonya!) and I thoroughly looked forward to and enjoyed the feeling of my scalp massage and treatment. And whenever I wanted to speak with Mrs. Ross, she was always available for a quick chat to answer any questions I had! After following my at-home regime and having my hair treatments done for a mere two months, I saw significant results in the complete calming of the inflammation of my scalp, and in hair-growth and hair retention!!!! And in four months I felt comfortable in wearing my hair fully down again!!!
Mrs. Nina Ross was definitely sent to me by God and I'm so indebted to her expertise and help and I continue to use her holistic and natural healthcare tactics to this day on my own. You will never be disappointed with her practice. THANK YOU NINA ROSS!!!!

I just want to say Dr.Nina does a great job. I had some reservations because it was a long program that requires a lot of commitment but I can honestly say every time I had a question or needed a better understanding she was there to assist me. The girls are great, they really take their time with treatments. I struggle to keep a consistent routine on my own and she definitely was patient with me, even gave me extra treatment sessions so that I can catch up on my at home routine. I travel far for these treatments so it was super important for me to know that i was working with a good doctor. I’d say if you’re really committed to change this is definitely the program for you. She helped stop my shedding and got rid of the burning sensation on my scalp and also helped me with my hormones which I feel like she didn’t have to because I’ve never actually had that done anywhere else lol so I really appreciate how extensive she is. I just finished my last session today and have a follow with her in a few weeks so I appreciate that even though my sessions are over I still get to check with her as I finish off everything she gave me for my home routine. I don’t usually do review but tbh I’m so grateful and I know a lot of other young women are struggling with my condition so I just want to spread the word because I know that to know that there is hope is important for us.

Not very happy with my experience! Wasn't able to get sufficient support with concerns about excessive dryness after using supplied shampoo and conditioner, using laser comb, etc. No follow-up after 2nd visit to office. Felt abandoned!Now seeing a Dermotologist and feel more encouraged with current treatment! Receiving more support and anticipate success with hair regrowth and having a healthier scalp!?It is very unfortunate that you have chosen to respond with such falsehoods in follow-up comments!
