I worked with Neptune Society for both of my parents. From beginning to end, the staff was extremely empathetic, responsive, patient and professional. With all of the emotion and chaos that comes with the passing of a loved one, it was a comfort to have Neptune Society manage the process on my behalf and take all of the administration off of my plate. I would certainly recommend Neptune Society to friends and family. As special shout out to Hannabelle, with whom I worked.
They were great. Answered the phone quickly, sent someone out right away. Minimum fuss. Mark was very nice and super respectful, laid out the costs right up front and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Not close, but worth the drive.
From the night of my wife's passing to her Celebration of Life service , the Neptune Society's Atlanta team , lead by Hannabelle Smith , were outstanding in every respect. Hannabelle is true professional and processes that rare combination of empathy and commitment to excellence. She helped me and my family through the most painful period of our life. I would recommend Neptune Society to anyone needing end of life guidance and direction.
