Greg came out to inspect our daughter's property in Water's Edge subdivision in Stone Mountain a few weeks ago and was super-thorough in his assessments and recommendations in his 100+ page report but I'm not surprised because he and NPI have done previous assessments on my 2 veterinary practice buildings in downtown Stone Mountain as well as a house that I currently rent out in Snellville GA. They offer excellent service and were quick and easy to schedule an appointment and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property so they know well in advance what they are getting themselves into! Max not only did a very thorough job (down to pointing out s bathroom faucet that just needed a little tightening). He also provided us with an engaging tour of every aspect of our new house. We appreciated both his expertise and his friendliness.
I was not able to attend the inspection, but my represetative tald me things went well. The inspecor is very professional and detailed. When I reoceved the report, I agreed with his comments.
