Hired for a deep clean. They responded to my request for a quote within the hour. The owner even talked to me on the phone to help me book the appointment. Shawn, the cleaner, arrived on time and was very polite and professional. I was really happy with the clean. There was even an issue with some discoloration in my grout (of which I was already aware of and forgot to mention to her not to worry about it) and she talked to me about it instead of pretending like nothing was wrong. There's nothing I love more than a great cleaning company. I've come across so many that can be unprofessional--not punctual, not thorough, overpriced for what's offered, etc. Complete opposite experience with My Atlanta Cleaner. I needed someone to come and clean a rental property for me in my Atlanta and assumed that the short notice would be an issue. I was suggested this company by a friend and they answered on the first call. I was prepared to leave a message since cleaning companies generally take time to get back to you.
