It was very easy to schedule. The office was very responsive to setting up the appointment and I appreciate that. The ladies showed up. They didn’t speak English, basically at all, so communication was an issue. The overall clean was good, not great. It saved me some time doing it myself but for seven hours of cleaning, I could have been more thorough. For my first clean it was $610. They were here for about seven hours. That come out to $87 an hour or ~$40 per lady. For that kind of money, my house should gleam. The office was kind and asked if they could come back out to correct the issues. We love our cleaning team from Amazon and have been customers over a year. We were not completely satisfied with our original team so we contacted Amazon and they quickly made a change.
