Mosaic did a large renovation on our house (added a second story and refinished our main level). Rick, Andrew, Ira and Jeanne were great to work with. The Project finished a head of schedule and at budget. Would highly reccomend.
Excellent design, communications and craftsmanship. Mosaic was very professional throughout the entire process and we are very pleased with the new space they created for us. Pricing was in line for full service design-build segment.
We enjoyed working with the entire Mosaic team. The owners, designers, managers and tradesmen ( Bernie!) were all a pleasure to work with. We frequently say to each other how pleased we are with the remodel and how glad we are they were able to steer us to better design choices than the green shag carpet we wanted. They finalized design choices before construction began and then were able to schedule the remodel so everything flowed without too many people in the same place or without waiting on product. Mosaic also handled the small hidden things you find when you demo walls very efficiently to not impact budget or schedule. Highly recommend!
