I cannot even begin to tell you how INCREDIBLE this team is! Our case took 4 years to come to a close and they worked closely with us the entire time. Especially Megan Garcia, she was an absolute angel throughout the entire thing! She was always there to answer questions, keep us updated, and make sure we got the treatment we needed. I feel alone , have not been able to get in touch with my case Mgr.the last time we spoke , about 2-3 weeks ago . I got a call back from my attorney who advised me that the day to day business would be handled by my case manager. I wanted advise or referral on getting a medical advisor (doctor) I was told to use my own discretion. That they could not refer or advise me who to treat with. Since my last contact, about 1month ago , communications have improved, although I still have major concerns as why medical bills are not being referred directly to the person/ persons who are responsible for my injuries.
Nicole was my consultant for my case, she truly was the most AMAZING lady. She was very empathetic with me and what I had went through.
