Showed up on time, walked me through different options and pros/cons/pricing. We’re competitive on pricing with another well-rated group who quoted the job. Installed a new upstairs unit in less than a day. Unit stopped working shortly after they left and I called that evening and within a hour someone came out and spent an hour cleaning out and re-routing the old drainage line and things have worked great since that time. Appreciated the quick attention and thorough job on short and late notice. Will definitely call if/when my other unit needs to be replaced in the future.
Robby was patient and understanding, even through multiple hiccups and issues contacting our HOA. He did what he could to help us and made sure we understood everything before he left. Thanks Moncrief!
