I saw Dr. Gilbert and Hayley at Vanity MD. I had the most amazing experience. Hayley gave me a warm and professional welcome as I entered the clinic. I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel at home. The clinic was decorated beautifully and was very tidy. I found the clinic to be aesthetically pleasing. I can not rave about Dr. Gilbert enough. She was very attentive and soaked up every word I said. She identified not only the problem but the cause. I appreciated her focusing on getting to the root of the problem and looking at me holistically. I had such a good experience with Dr Gilbert. She is so amazing, knowledgeable and very patient. Before I started the treatment she explained me the entire process. My face is much better now. It’s a nice place to go for your skin care treatment. I will be back again I highly recommend Dr Gilbert.
From the moment I arrived, Hayley was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The environment was calming, professional, and inviting. Dr. Gilbert is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything during the skin analysis. I really appreciated the personalized approach they tailored the facial to exactly what my skin needed, and I could see and feel the difference immediately.
