The entire Team at Mike's Mobile Wrenches is top-notch. They are all hard-working, knowledgeable, and professional. You could not ask for a better group of people. It starts at the top, and it shows.
I met Mike when I was working at a company he serviced and his tech did a fantastic job on maintaining my trailer pool. Mike would personally come by the office just to see how things are going. I spent a lot of time talking to Mike and I told him I wasn’t pleased with the way things are going at my current position. After a year and 2 months of building a bond with Mike I am now his VP of Operations and I couldn’t be happier. Mike and Susan are respectful and work with integrity and honesty. This company is the BEST! My sister and I were traveling through Atlanta to Florida when we broke down in our RV. We were in an unsafe neighborhood when we called them. They towed us to a safer place to diagnose. Even made sure our insurance put us in a good hotel, so we were safe since we have our two daughters with us, even after I took my frustrations out on the machinic and owner. After trial and error working on the RV, they got it back on the road. The owner even went above and beyond by picking us up from the hotel and bringing us to the RV. He has called to check on us and the RV since we left. Hands down, amazing staff, and mechanics.
