I had such a great facial with Ianna at Massage Envy. She was really warm and easy to talk to, and somehow managed to make me completely relax even after a stressful week. My skin looked and felt noticeably better after, but honestly the whole experience was just calming and restorative. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

UPDATE: I need to update my original review because I spoke with the owner (not management because she was just as unhelpful as the original worker) of this location and he is the most amazing person. He was so compassionate and took the time to understand my initial concern which really was not that big of a deal. He took the time to ensure that the correct card would be charged moving forward and he made sure to compensate for my experience. I was not looking for any type of compensation I just wanted the correct card to be charged, but he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and I wanted to make sure to acknowledge what he did and how he was willing to help,... read full review

I came in for a facial and saw Ianna. She was super professional and knows what she is doing. From beginning to end, she assessed what were the goals of our session and she addressed everything. Strong recommend her and I will definitely rebook her services again.
