Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend!
I was having problems with my left shoulder area and let Hayden know of problem areas when I first met him.
During massage sessions, Hayden takes the time to listen to my concerns and he is able to tailor the sessions to target specific areas.
The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Hayden is very skilled and can apply the heavy pressure I need.
I do heavy weight training in the gym 4-5x a week, so I need someone that can focus on my muscles with deep, heavy pressure.

I am extremely picky with massage & I had an incredible massage by Hayden! I woke up late for my appointment and he was incredibly accommodating. Hayden put me at ease right away and was generous with his time and energy. He gave me a great mix of deep tissue and intuitive healing and I left feeling recharged, aligned and relaxed. I'll definitely be back!
