She can make knowledgeable suggestions based on your hair thickness/curls/straight and facial structure. Carolyn won many stylist awards when she had a shop in CA, and there is a reason. It is not unusual for women to stop me and ask who cuts my hair... The best products in the world can't work well unless you have the foundation of an excellent cut.
