I was very excited to visit this stylist today. So much so that even tho I had not yet received a service from her, I recommended her to 2 of my girlfriends as she was very polite and professional during our first interaction. I had a 10am appointment, I arrived early as I was only vaguely familiar with the vicinity in which the salon is located. I had to contact her at 9:51am as I was at the location but there was another salon and the suite number was not in the confirmation text I received. She answered at 9:51 to confirm the suite number and stated she would be contacting me shortly to enter the salon, this was fine as I knew I was early. At 10:15 I had not received a follow up call or message to let me know she was running late, I left. Finally at 10:20 she texted I was able to come to the salon. I did not return. I don't think it is too much to ask that one professional respects another professionals time. I was fine with the lateness but to not say anything is just not ok.

Went to Lylas for a wedding look. She was very prompt to respond when I reached out about availability and specifics for the look. Also responsive when I was buying supplies. We started pretty much on time and the salon suite was clean. Enjoyed talking with her and loved the look! Definitely recommend.

Buyer beware… Don't waste your time with Lylas Hair Extensions Salon, LLC located at 6301 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia 30360. We paid for everything in advance (except for labor) over a week in advance. Our total bill was over $800… When my girlfriend arrived for her appointment the extensions were not finished, resulting in her waiting an additional 45 minutes, and the extensions were dyed in the wrong color. The stylist told my girlfriend she would change the color but after her hair was completed and on the drive home we decided not to have the stylist change the color and requested a credit of $150. The stylist did agree to refund back on our credit card account $150, which we received. However, the extensions started to come lose after the first day. As a result, we consulted with three other stylists and ALL AGREED the extensions were NOT DONE PROPERLY, we were OVERCHARGED, and RIPPED OFF. After receiving the advice from the three stylists that my girlfriend will need to have her extensions completely removed and done properly we decided to contact the stylist to request a full refund. We contacted her by phone and text — and have NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. In closing, I would NOT RECOMMEND Lylas Hair Extensions Salon, LLC to anyone considering extensions.
