JR fixed literally every problem I’d had since moving in and then some! When everyone else told me my doorbell couldn’t work and I had to buy a new one, when I was told my garage door couldn’t be added, when I was told my lock couldn’t be programmed!! JR did it all and within an hour! He was nice, on time, and extremely professional. I can’t sing his praises enough!

My MacBook was acting strange and it keeps on turning off. Been trying to have it fixed in our local computer repair shop however all my files were gone after they fixed it. It seems like the hard drive failed but good thing LINK Technologies Inc was there to save the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I really had a good experience with them. They have by far the best customer service that I ever had encountered.

He worked quickly & did it right the first time. He arrived early also which was great. All was working after he left--he even tested the DVD with a music video & it worked, sound bar & all.
