I had no idea where or how to start the process of designing my new ring but Laura made the entire process so easy. I feel like she really understood what I was try to design better than I did based on pictures I shared with her. She made great suggestions, provided the opportunity to see the ideas beyond just concept drawings, and respected our budget throughout the design process as well.
The ring was completed and ready for me even earlier than expected which was an added bonus! I am beyond thrilled with the finish piece and love wearing it. The next time I get to design a new piece of jewelry I will absolutely be contacting Laura again for her expertise!

Laura is a pleasure to work with and a true professional. There are no gimmicks, no sales tactics. Laura gives straightforward advice that is in your best interest. She respects budget, and tailors your needs around price rather than trying to push higher prices. I had no knowledge of diamonds going into our meeting, and Laura took the time to explain all terminology to me so that I could understand what I was looking at and what I was buying. She is personable, and made me feel comfortable the whole session. At the same time, she is not afraid to be direct and tell it like it is.
