I tried calling the ostello location but nobody would answer the phone after several minutes of letting it ring. However, when I called this location, I was quickly greeted by caleb.Who was excellent and very informative, solving all of my issues and securing my membership. People like that make this business work. I would strongly suggest someone going over to austel and figuring out who isn't answering the phone.

Excellent customer service! They also take very good care of the equipment. I had an issue and spoke with the manager about it. He was quick to provide a satisfactory solution. I am very happy here!

The customer service and staff are great always friendly and helpful. However, the gym isn’t always as clean as it should be, and some machines are often out of order. It also gets very crowded in the evenings, which makes it harder to work out. Overall, it’s a good place, but there’s room for improvement.
