    We were in this building go for a wine making class and the business owner took us on a tour of the building. There are several Black owned businesses on this space and most are Black woman owned businesses. I loved the concept of Koncept House. I am planning to spend a day here. You can make soap, candles, other body care, have a drink, and shop all in one spaces. There are so many businesses here. The walls of the building are lined with beautiful artwork that you can also purchase. Parking is tight though. They have space behind the building and used to have a lot across the street.     Very nice with multiple studios but rude workers.

    I was here today and was hired by my client to shoot a video. I arrived early as I normally do and brought several pieces of equipment, to be honest it’s not an easy place if you don’t have an entire team as there are many stairs and not many parking areas to unload, so I had to make several upon several trips , which isn’t on them. But, as I waited for my client to come, who booked the studio, I was looked up and down by a Latino worker who kept staring at my equipment as if it better move or shouldn’t be there, he didn’t say hello or anything, just walked past me several times and looked... read full review

    Walking into this space was something else. From the variety of business offices and studio space, to the Sober Social bar, & not to forget the beautiful variety of rotating artwork curated by Sakari Sanders that is being exhibited all throughout the building, there’s definitely something special about this facility
