We bought a shift style shower wand system 2 years ago. The wand head leaks when it is turned off and the overhead shower is on. Additionally the grip to hold it in the wall mount holder crumbled off after one year. It’s definitely not worth the price. We have a Moen shower wand in the other bathroom. Much cheaper and no problems with it.

Kelly Ann was absolutely the best! We had a whole house. renovation. Kitchen, scullery 4 bathrooms. Everything from showers to sinks to tubs to toilets. Everything. It could have been very complicated and stressful , but Kelly Ann handled all of it with incredible ease and made the process so smooth and organized. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more thorough or professional than Kelly Ann. If I could give her more stars, I would!

I had the pleasure of meeting both Kelly Ann and Mandy, both are salespersons. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great advice on what choices I had for my bathroom upgrades. They both even took the time to speak to 2 of my plumbers to tell them the scope of the work so that they would understand fully what was involved. The quality of everything that I saw at Kohler and what I ended up purchasing were all excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly Ann and Mandy. I highly recommend them and Kohler for your future bathroom and kitchen needs.

Worst products ever to install. For customers please buy something else. Anything else. The engineers that design these products are not very good.
Everything from faucets, mixing valves and shower glass always takes long and there is always some nonsense problem.
Trying to install a shower glass and the people that packaged it put the wrong screws in the package.
Instructions called for a 2mm and a 3mm allen wrench and they sent something like a 2.5mm.
Im sure the people at this location are nice enough but their products are just garbage.

I had to exchange some items and they both made everything so easy. They took the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you Brian and Emily! Highly recommend working with Kohler Signature Store by PDI for your projects. Mandy Green was wonderful and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable had some great suggestions on various options for my bathroom renovation projects. We like the quality and design of the Kohler products. My projects included shower fixtures, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, free standing tub and wall mounted accessories for a primary and guest bathroom renovation. Some products were shipped directly, some were delivered by the Lawrenceville warehouse via truck. And as I had to add misc. pieces after my main order, I was easily able to pick them up at the Lawrenceville warehouse will call. Definitely will return for future projects.

I worked with Mandy Green, who is really excellent. She helped us select all matching products from Kohler that worked with existing fixtures from photos we brought. She also helped us with matching marble for the bathroom and came up with a great design using black mosaic for the shower while marble large format on the floor and walls up to a bullnose separation. Mandy is super responsive on e-mail, phone and text.
The Kohler showroom is nice and gives you many different examples that you can interact with and feel the quality. I was further impressed when my contractor specially said that the shower hardware felt really high quality as he was installing it.
We will definitely be back for Mandy in the future.
