I had a good experience here. Pricing was fair compared to a service center close to me. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to get the car looked at on the day of the appointment. That is probably because I have a Volt, and not all technicians know how to service those. It might be better to call and make an appointment instead of making an appointment online.

TLDR: this location can take good care of you but it depends on which associate you get to work with. To be safe, do your homework or take a car person with you.This was my second time having my 2002 Tahoe serviced at this location. The service was slightly lower quality than my previous experience. I was assigned a different associate this time who didn’t seem as knowledgeable or intentional as my last associate. This time, She tried to sell me the service package I’d bought at my last appointment, so it was apparent she didn’t read my file before my appointment.
