I am a first-time customer at this location and the reason for my visit was to get an estimate for a accident. When I arrived I had the pleasure of making contact with Dany who I found to be very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. During my visit, Dany was a straight shooter and explain the details of what would go into the repair of my vehicle. Danny also explained some of the ins and outs on how Insurance companies operate to ensure that my vehicle will be repaired with only certified Mercedes-Benz parts should you find the need to have your Mercedes-Benz repair, I highly recommend visiting this location in making contact with Dany.

1st time here and they took such great care of me. It can be intimidating being a lady in these environments. Dany met me at the door, I told him the problem I was having, he educated me on what I needed, and then he proceeded to fix the problem in a timely manner! My experience was definitely worth 5 stars! Please visit the Chamblee location for all your needs! Ask for Dany! :)

Excellent customer service and auto body work! I brought my vehicle in post collision and my experience was great the entire time. Dany was amazing. He thoroughly explained things and helped navigate my insurance company communication, which was quite challenging at times.
