We had an incredibly difficult plumbing situation in which 4-5 plumbers came and went without being to identify the issue. #6 discovered the start of the issue and proposed a preliminary estimate of $35k plus the promise of damaging a new patio, irrigation lines, water lines, planting, etc - all which they noted could not be fixed by them. Let's call the likely total of what they were proposing $45k with those repairs plus months coordinating other disciplines to fix the damage done. JW Ayers is our go-to plumbers for all our needs at our community pool. They have installed a new instant hot water heater to our bathhouse. Removed and upgraded 60 year old plumbing and fixed a valve in our pump room that failed. When we needed them they showed up with the right parts to complete the job on site. Highly recommended!
