I absolutely love their products, however I do think it is very unprofessional to shut down the website without informing the public of what is happening. The lack of communication is disappointing. I will definitely miss using your products.

I received a $200 gift card to this place as a birthday gift. This place is no longer in business but has not updated any customers on social media or thier website to inform people. This is extremely unprofessional and im extremely disappointed. At least close down your website or put a disclaimer letting people know your only selling products. How can I trust any of your products if your taking money from people and not reimbursing it knowing you have gone out of business.

I ordered the 24 carrot moisturizer(2oz) and received a face scrub instead. I emailed the company on the business site, social media, and I called( no response).. The number is disconnected and I never received the correct item or a reply back.. It’s been over a month!!!! This isn’t business!!’

I wanted to treat my cousin here for her anniversary. I booked online easy enough. The website is easy to navigate. I had a few questions about our upcoming appointment so decided to call, the number listed is disconnected. That was the first red flag. I just thought maybe they changed their number and whoever handles their online account might have over looked this. Next I emailed, whole week no response. Went on their social media accounts no new current activity. I wanted to support this black business but the lack in customer service me pause canceled the appointment. Booked us somewhere else.

Had a great spa day here yesterday . The massage and body scrub was divine. Felt like I was floating on a cloud after. My masseuse (Anthony) had hands of gold and kneaded every knot out from problem areas. It really was a therapeutic experience. I started coming here several years ago when they use to be in Castleberry and it has always been a nice retreat/ healing space . I do miss the mani / pedi service though. This sanctuary space is a must. Highly recommended !

Great to see a black owned spa establishment. Staff are very nice from the greeting and tour of the spa by Ya Ya. My massage by Samantha was great. Calming and nice vibe with such unique offerings. You can select fresh oils made by them from natural ingredients that smell good. The zen spaces are the cutest with thought put into their uniqueness. This include a salt room ad plant room that you will not experience anywhere else. That is not all, just ones to highlight. I will be back to experience other services. Only downside is parking if the other retail locations are crowded the lot will be full and you will need to do street parking. Plan a girls day that can start or end with brunch at the local restaurant and then the spa.
