The setting was warm and comfortable and clean and totally convenient for me. The massage was absolutely wonderful and thorough and I felt like a new person walking out. I was gifted a massage from a friend at Intown Massage a few years ago. I have been getting massages for years at other locations but I am now only going to Joan. She is wonderful, professional, knowledgable and always asks questions before she starts so that she knows if she needs to target certain areas. I highly recommend
