If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I purchased a Zift Zillion gift card from CVS as a birthday gift, and when my daughter went to use it, it had already been fully redeemed before she ever touched it.

I reported it immediately and followed every step requested by InComm’s dispute process. I submitted my receipt, documentation showing the unauthorized redemption, and completed their formal dispute package. Despite this, my claim was denied.

I bought 4 gift cards with $200 each. ALL of them had a $0 balance on them when I went to use them. When I went to file a dispute, Incomm lost the first 2 disputes and then denied the 3rd dispute so I am out $800. Incomm and Visa refuses to help me. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never buy their gift cards! They are the worst company ever!!

This people do not deserve the 1 star. I was told to get an American Express gift card to pay for a car reservation and after I paid for it I realized I was being scammed by this company so you are not getting away with this and people like you should do something better with your life. What goes around comes around and you will suffer for what you did to people
