Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Heatherland Homes maintained excellent communication and support, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable home-buying experience. Customers are highly satisfied with the quality of their Heatherland homes and the overall professionalism of the company.
We also have had a terrible experience with our Heatherland Home. At first we had termites, and mind you we had a termite bond from Pestban, who was the most unprofessional company to deal with. In the last few months we have had several water leaks, that we had to pay thousands to repair. Do yourself a favor! Don't purchase a Heatherland Home!
It was such a pleasure working with Rashida Price. She was always quick to respond to concerns and offers great assistance with areas outside of her responsibilities. Although we were not very near the home we were building, she would always provide updates and pictures to keep us abreast on what was taking place each week. My first touch with Heatherland was a Christmas Eve exploratory call with Carrie, I’ll never forget how much of her time she gave us, walking us through the different options and floorplans in only a way Carrie can – she knows this industry and builder like the back of her hand and excellence in customer service is her ministry.
