Heal Thyself is a great environment for the everyday woman who wants to take care of her mind and body through self care. There are many offerings like facials, massages, cleanses, etc. all geared to make you feel renewed and relaxed! Sasha always does such a great job making me feel relaxed and knowledgeable about my skin. She is truly filled with great compassion and care. I love it there!
This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. I came in feeling stressed and left feeling completely refreshed.
I booked a V-steam and colonic, and also tried a womb massage for the first time—highly recommend! Carly was kind and attentive, Michael was very knowledgeable and made the process easy, and Ms. Tancy worked all the tension out of my body.
The atmosphere, the care, and the services were all top-tier. I’ll definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
