Cathy (the salon owner) was so courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I truly enjoyed my visit and my service, She noticed some issues I was having with my scalp and hair loss and recommended that I see a dermatologist. I have since seen a dermatologist and realized I did need treatment. Thank you Cathy for your expertise. My hair looks amazing and everyone is complementing how great my hair looks. P.S. I got kinky curly tape-ins and I love them!!!
Cathy gave me the best silk press I've ever gotten in my life and it lasted over 3 weeks. She was kind, professional, and really prioritized the health of my hair.
I’ve been going to Cathy for about a year and she always delivers but my last visit deserves a special call out. I booked a single process with tape in extensions. However, my main color is blonde, Cathy calls to confirm what I want to accomplish and I tell her I’m going brown, so cool, we’re good to go. I show up today and say I want to stay blonde and lighten my roots up, thinking that the service I booked covers the time needed for that. Spoiler, it does not. What I needed was a double process, toning, plus deep conditioning and an olaplex process which is about 7 hours to accomplish.
