Grow was my go-to place for hair, and I’ve been a loyal client since 2023. That’s why I’m genuinely disappointed to hear about the way Devyn, the lead hairstylist, was let go. I obviously don’t know all the internal details, but as a long-time customer, finding out that someone I trusted with my hair is suddenly gone due to what appears to be internal politics is really upsetting.
I still have remaining services/package balance at Grow, which makes this feel even more frustrating. Devyn was a big reason I kept coming back, and client relationships matter. I had always hoped Grow would handle situations like this with more professionalism and care.

First timer and SUCH a great experience with Kali and the Grow team! After a horribly tragic haircut at another salon, I did a ton of research and Grow kept coming up with amazing reviews — now I see why. The consultation, ordering, and install process was so easy. Kali and Heather (owner) were both incredibly kind, professional, and perfectionists when it came to blending my natural hair (which was no easy task 😂). Truly a 5-star experience.
Expensive, yes — but absolutely worth it. So happy with my hair!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kali
She just did my hair for my bridal era, including a full color transformation and halo Bellami extensions + some Ktips, and I am honestly blown away. She is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and truly takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. My hair looks and feels absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful I found her.
What I love most is how much she genuinely cares, not just about the outcome, but about how you feel. You can tell she takes so much pride in her work and really wants you to feel confident and radiant.
I also brought my mom to her, and that experience meant so much to me. My mom is 80 and has had some hair loss, so finding someone she feels comfortable with isn’t always easy. Kali took her time, gave her the most thoughtful cut, and made her feel so beautiful. She left feeling confident and excited to come back and is even getting clip-in extensions for the wedding, which is so special.
Kali is truly a gem. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, intentional, and deeply caring, she is it ✨

I have been coming to GROW for 2 years, and I’ll be coming to GROW for the rest of my life! Since getting extensions done from Bradie and Devyn, my natural hair has grown longer and stronger. Extensions get a bad rap because of improper installation, but the team at GROW does what’s best for your hair and your head shape to make sure your natural hair does not get damaged. I cannot imagine having anyone else do my hair!
