My experience with Greenberg Traurig, L.L.P. has been mixed. While the actual work eventually got done and I didn’t have issues with the final outcome, communication was consistently poor. Email responses often took weeks, even after multiple follow-ups, and prompt replies should not be expected.
Payment is requested upfront, yet their billing department took nearly a month to confirm receipt of payment. I’ve faced this delay more than once, and a few of my friends have had similar experiences. In most cases, I had to loop in my corporate HR just to get a response.
